Free Initial Consultation
Minimum of two in-home prenatal visits
- First visit in the second trimester we will discuss pregnancy, history, and birth expectations
- Second visit during early third trimester we will discuss birth plan and our game plan
One prenatal appointment with OB/Midwife, if requested and/or schedules permit
Support during labor and delivery
Unlimited emails, texts, and/or phone calls during pregnancy, early labor, and two weeks postpartum
Baby’s first feeding after birth, whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding – typically will stay for the first hour after birth
One postpartum home visit

In-home Care after baby’s arrival
Assist and educate families in the care of their newborn(s) including cord and circumcision care
Cook and/or assist with nutritious meals for mom and family
Keep mom well hydrated
Provide emotional support to mom as she explores her feelings about the birth and her new role as mom
Light housekeeping including dishes, laundry, organization of nursery and other general pick-up
